Corporate Loan Lending in Best Practice

In the line with growth of population and economy in Cambodia, the corporate loan lending plays a very important role in responding to the public demand of corporation and the requirement of competition of the business in the tough challenging environment.

Corporate loan lending is one of credit products that is established in order to provide to public customers who have sufficient qualification to expand their business in term of investment and cash flow supporting purposes.

After completion of this course, participants will be able to:

Trainers

Mr. Nou Pisith
Assistant Senior Vice President of Credit & Trade Finance Services Division, ACLEDA Bank Plc.

Mr. Nou Pisith has started his career with ACLEDA Bank Plc., since 2001. Since then, he has had extensive experience by closely working in credit operations such as credit ocer, district team leader, AVP& Manager of Credit Unit, AVP& Manager of Corporate Unit, and then he was promoted as a assistant Senior Vice President of Credit & Trade Finance Services Division. In his current position, he participates in planning organizing leading controlling how to assess loan, evaluate the collateral and analyze the type of businesses of clients and provide all kind of loans such as small loan, medium loan, corporate loan, investment loan, MFI loan, trade loan and all kind of credit facilities for support trade services and Bank Guarantees… etc. He also gives advice to AVP & Managers, AVP & A Managers, Senior Specialists, stas who is working in Credit & Trade Finance Services Division.

In addition, in 2014, he worked as credit consultant for ACLEDA Bank Loa PLc. In his functional responsibilities, he led and managed credit operations in branches, and built up knowledge, skills, and attitude to branch managers, chief credit officers and credit officers to provide and maintain both quantity and quality of loan portfolio increasingly and healthily. He has attended numerous training programs related to credit field domestically. He has had 17 years of relevant working experience in credit field. He obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) in 2010, at the National University of Management (NUM).

Mr. Heng Samphors
ASVP of Credit and Trade Finance Services Division of ACLEDA Bank Plc.

Mr. Heng Samphors has started his career with ACLEDA Bank Plc., since early 2004. Since then, he has had extensive experiences by working closely with credit operations such as credit officer, Assistant Manager of Corporate Loan Unit, Manger of Corporate Loan Unit, and then he had been promoted as ASVP of Credit and Trade Finance Services division. In his current position, he plays an important role in conducting loan due diligent for various clients such as SME business clients and corporate clients in order to find out what is the real size of demand to match with the appropriate and acceptable term and conditions. In order to do so, the ability to calculate and analyze the collected information like qualitative and quantitative information is the rst priority requirement in his role and duty. He has attended numerous training programs related to credit field domestically. He has had more than 14 years of relevant working experience in credit field. He obtained a Master's Degree Finance and Banking in 2010, at the National University of Management (NUM).

Mr. Dy Sosivutha
AVP & AM of Corporate Loan Unit ACLEDA Bank Plc.

Mr. Dy Sosivutha has worked as Assistant Manager of Corporate Loan Unit since March 2018. He has started his career with ACLEDA Bank Plc., since early 2008. Since then, he has had extensive experiences by working closely with credit operations such as credit officer until he was promoted as Assistant Manager of Corporate Loan Unit. In his current position, he plays an important role in conducting loan due diligent for various clients such as SME business clients and corporate clients in order to find out what is the real size of demand to match with the appropriate and acceptable term and conditions. In order to do so, the ability to calculate and analyze the collected information like qualitative and quantitative information is the first priority requirement in his role and duty. He obtained the Degree of Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2014, at the National University of Management (NUM).
