Message from the Head of Department

Warm welcome to Department of Foundation Year and Department of Business Administration (DFY & DBA)!

Our world, currently, has become a very competitive one. The challenge to be among the best is felt not only among countries but also among individuals. To go up the career ladder one has to have substantial knowledge in one's work field, the right set of attitudes towards people and work, and the agility of mind to handle situations as they happen.

DFY & DBA, the one of AIB's Department, understands the demands of the world (domestic and abroad) of work for competent and skillful people. They are Associate and Bachelor programs, namely as follows:

A. Associate of Business Administration (ABA) in:

2. Accounting
3. Export-Import Management
4. Logistics
5. Insurance
6. Marketing

B. Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in:

3. International Business

6. Business and Enterprise Management

which have been teaching by lecturers with domestic and abroad Doctorates and Master's degree They have not been only teaching a relevant knowledge based on a standardized Curriculum, but also their best experience from the work place based on a standardized Curriculum.

Students may choose any one of the above academic programs to suit the needs and situations of the world. Furthermore, what does not change is the demand for human's capability, talent, and sense of responsibility.

Not only getting hard skills, but also soft skills to be integrated in order to aspire in our course options and curriculum, students with opportunity to learn about skill such as leadership, problem solving, critical thinking, creative thinking, collaboration and communication and so on.
