He is an Senor Lecturer and teaching in the subjects of principle of marketing, principle of Management and others Majors at the ACLEDA INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS (AIB).

He began working for ACLEDA Bank Plc., as Credit Unit, leasing Unit marketing officer in Russei Keo District, Headquarters of ACLEDA Bank Plc Phnom Penh City, Cambodia in 2004 and He was promoted to a AVP & Marketing manager in 2009. He changed his working place to ACLEDA INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS (AIB) as a Senior lecturer. He was appointed as Course leader in 2018 Subject as principle of marketing, Marketing skill. He obtained a master's degree in business administration, majoring in Management, from National of management University, Kingdom of Cambodia.
