Mr. Soun Sear

Senior Lecturer
MBA in Business Administration

Mr. Soun Sear has obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from National University of Management (NUM) in 2004. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration, Major Management from the National Institute of Management (NIM), in 2001.

He started teaching at National Institute of Management since (2001) and Phnom Penh International University (PPIU) (2010) as well as ACLEDA Institute of Business (AIB) (2023) for the subjects such as Introduction to Business, Principle of Marketing, Marketing Research, Leadership, Marketing for service, Marketing Management, Principle of Management, Strategic Management, Management of Change, Cross Culture Management.

He currently holds the position as Senior Lecturer in the Department of Foundation Year and Department of Business Administration, ACLEDA Institute of Business (AIB).
