The outreach is one of ACLEDA's strategies Geographically; ACLEDA Bank has expanded to have the largest network in Cambodia, which will benefit to credit, savings, transfer, and other financial services. More offices got established to be more convenient and serve them quickly.

Training Fee

  • USD 170 per participant per 2-day training course.
  • USD 160 per participant for organization sending 3-5 participants to the course.
  • USD 150 per participant for organization sending 6 participants up to the course.
  • This fee includes training materials, refreshments, lunch and certificate.

Payment Condition

There is no charge for any cancellation which is made by the deadline of the registration. Cancellation after deadline of the registration and participants appearing without proper cancellation will be charged the full amount.

Methodology

The training methodology will be focused on experience based and participatory approaches including brainstorming, group discussion with presentation, group work, sharing hand-on experience, training game, and participants' problem raised during training workshop.

Trainers

Mr. Hass Sambath, Head of Personnel & Administration Office of ACLEDA INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS

Born in 1959, obtained a certificate of Successful Completion on an Enrichment Course in English as a Second Language awarded by the Gwynedd- Mercy College in 1987 and has attended numerous courses on Loan Management & Debt Recovery, Office Management. He started working for ACLEDA Bank as Small Enterprise Promotion Officer (SEPO) in Kampong Cham province in 1994. He was promoted to be District Team Leader of Tbong Khmom, Kampong Cham Branch in 1997. Then, he was promoted to be Deputy Branch Manager of Kampong Cham Branch in 1998 and was promoted to be Branch Manager of Kampong Chhnang Branch in 2001. In 2008, his position was VP & Manager of Headquarters. In 2010, his position was VP & Deputy Head of Administration Division. He currently holds a position as Head of Personnel & Administration Office of ACLEDA INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS.


Mr. Boey Peau, Assistant Vice President & Manager of Report & Office Administration Unit of Administration Department of ACLEDA Bank Plc.

Born in 1973, he obtained a Master's Degree of Business Administration (MBA) majoring in Management from National University of Management, Cambodia in 2010. He graduated with a Bachelor of chemistry from Phnom Penh University, in 1996. Since 1996, he has attended numerous courses on accounting and Marketing with NGO in Cambodia. He worked for CMAC from 1997 to 2000. He has worked for ACLEDA Bank Plc. as Credit Officer since 2001 and then was promoted as a District Team Leader in 2003. Now he is Assistant Vice President & Manager of Report & Office Administration Unit of Administration Department of ACLEDA Bank Plc.


Mr. Sin Dina, Assistant Vice President & Assistant Manager of Report & Office Administration Unit of Branch Administration Department of ACLEDA Bank Plc.

Born in 1985, he currently is a candidate of Master of Business Administration (MBA) majoring in Management at National University of Management, Cambodia, 2014-2016. He graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from Royal University of Law and Economics in 2006. He worked for ACLEDA Bank Plc as Staff of Affair Administration Unit In 2007 and then was promoted to Assistant Vice President & Assistant Manager of Affair Administration Unit in 2009. Now he is Assistant Vice President & Assistant Manager of Report & Office Administration Unit of Administration Department of ACLEDA Bank Plc.
